 Gravitas Real Estate Resources, Inc. was founded in 2006 by Albert J. Stabile. Prior to the formation of Gravitas, Mr. Stabile was co-founder and co-principal of Exactus Portfolio Management Advisors, Inc., which subsequently spun off a significant majority of clients and operations to Gravitas. Prior to five years of responsibility for business development, sales, auditing, consulting and lease administration at Exactus, Mr. Stabile was providing similar services on a national basis for Jones Lang Wootton, Cushman & Wakefield and Business Integration Group.
National Offices. Gravitas has offices and staff in New Jersey, Florida, Connecticut, New York and California. Our breadth and depth of expertise continues to grow as we interact with clients throughout the country. Our subject matter expertise and pulse on the business gives us the tools we need to best serve our clients.
