Albert J. Stabile, MBA
CEO & President
Prior to founding Gravitas Real Estate Resources, Inc. Mr. Stabile was co-founder
and President of Exactus Portfolio Management Advisors, Inc.,
responsibilities including P&L for the business entity, sales, marketing, consulting and
management of Exactus' lease audit division.
Mr. Stabile has in excess of 16 years experience in Portfolio Administration and Auditing and has been involved
with over $300 million in cost reductions and savings for commercial real estate including office, industrial, retail
and mixed-use residential properties located throughout the world. In addition, Mr. Stabile has also acted as a
consultant on multiple projects in the management, acquisition and disposition of commercial, industrial and
retail properties. Mr. Stabile has also been involved in the development of many portfolio management
databases, including BIG e-real estate, Strategic Lease Information Management and Oracle Property
Manager.
Mr. Stabile has been involved with procurement, implementation and ongoing management of the Portfolio
Administration and Auditing process of such clients as Pitney Bowes, Commerce Bank, GlaxoSmithKline, Emory University,
AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Dun & Bradstreet, GTE, UBS Paine Webber, Bell Atlantic, Iron Mountain, The
Dress Barn, Pfizer, Qwest Communications, General Reinsurance, Carter's Retail Inc., Cornell University, Crunch Fitness, Kazi Foods, Scholastic Books, and
Great Western Bank with a combined portfolio in excess of 45,000 properties and hundreds of millions of
square feet.
Mr. Stabile was the Senior Vice President of Business Development & Sales for the Business Integration
Group, responsible for sales, marketing and client management issues for North America. Before joining Business Integration Group, Mr. Stabile was the Manager of Corporate Services for Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. Mr. Stabile's responsibilities included the nationwide marketing and operations of the Portfolio Administration
and Auditing Services nationwide.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Stabile worked as a Vice President for Jones Lang Wootton ("JLW") in Lease Administration, Auditing and Consulting Services for both domestic and international clients. Prior to joining JLW, Mr. Stabile was the supervisor of Real Estate and General Accounting for Eddie Bauer, Inc. in Redmond, Washington. He was responsible for implementing, maintaining and controlling the accounting and real estate databases, financial reporting and the overall management of real estate expenses.
As a principal of Gravitas, Mr. Stabile focuses on Business Development, Auditing, Consulting and Sales. Mr.
Stabile has established relationships with multiple leading software vendors, real estate firms and audit
institutions in an effort to provide best in class lease administration and auditing services in addition to objective
consulting to their clients. Mr. Stabile and Gravitas have current and existing relationships with over fourteen
software providers and four international real estate services firms. Mr. Stabile provides business process and
corporate training as part of Gravitas' consulting services.
Mr. Stabile received his undergraduate degree in Business Management and Finance from Rutgers University and Masters of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Seattle University. Mr. Stabile is an active member of CORENET and the National Retail Tenants Association.
