Cynthia Domerstad is currently a Senior Lease Analyst for Gravitas.  Ms. Domerstad’s responsibilities include:

• Preserves communications with clients regarding the services performed under the master service agreement.
• Provides monthly reports to clients, which shall contain pertinent, timely information regarding clients’ obligations under the lease and sublease and in connection with any of the properties owned by clients.
• Maintains and manages the integrity of lease management database.
• Reviews recurring and non-recurring invoices against the lease and sublease documents and approves all allowable operating expense statements.
• Audits the annual operating expense reconciliations, landlord billings, and rental escalation received from each landlord or its agent.

Ms. Domerstad has 10 years real estate experience ranging from property management to lease administration and accounting.  Ms. Domerstad has provided invaluable services to her prior employers including Jones Lang LaSalle, Chelsea Property Group, Alfred Sanzari, and Vornado Realty Trust.

Ms. Domerstad‘s extensive real estate background includes the management of a 3,200 lease portfolio totaling 2.1 Million square feet.  She handled all aspects of Lease Administration for the Eastern US including data integrity, reconciliation of CAM, RE Taxes, Electric, remaining lease obligations, lease terminology review, accruals, auditing of files and invoices to ensure accurate billings by landlords, Porter wages, CPI, complete and process Estoppels requests.  She also has experience maintaining the CAD database for integrity of center drawings.  Ms. Domerstad has a Cost Savings and Avoidance to date of $3.3+ million dollars.   She has also collected over $1.3 Million dollars in Tenant Improvement Allowances.
