Ms. McReynolds is a seasoned management professional with over 20 years’ industry experience in corporate real estate, telecommunications, and banking, Demonstrated capabilities include lease auditing, lease administration, global team leadership, staff training and supervision, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting/modeling and monitoring cash flow.  Additional strengths in producing dramatic revenue growth and maximizing client real estate portfolios by controlling expenses and recovering millions of dollars through intensive research, analysis, and formulation of standardized systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and generation of effective performance metrics. A highly motivated, hands-on detail and deadline oriented self starter who handles pressure well, has excellent relationship skills and possesses excellent problem-solving and communications abilities.  Excels in performance through both individual and group efforts.

Previously, as Managing Director for Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. McReynolds managed global teams servicing corporate accounts.  She was responsible for overseeing all aspects of corporate account management including ongoing oversight, consulting and transition plans for new Client accounts, and the development and implementation of national and global real estate strategies for clients. Scope encompassed transaction management, portfolio administration, lease auditing, tenant billing and collections, real estate database design and implementation, appraisal services, strategic planning, acquisition integration participation, facilities management and property tax payment.  Dawn piloted C&W’s Six Sigma program and training.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. McReynolds was in a lease administration and facilities management position at California-based Great Western Bank where she managed a portfolio of over 500 leased and owned branch and mortgage loan office facilities nationwide. Ms. McReynolds was responsible for savings and avoidance in excess of five million dollars during her three-year tenure at Great Western Bank.  Previously, Ms. McReynolds was an office administrator in the Kinko’s, Inc. real estate legal department.

Ms. McReynolds entered into the real estate arena as General Manager and Franchise owner for Headquarters Companies (HQ Executive Suites) in the Dallas and Denver markets where she managed five executive office suite locations with over 400 offices available for lease. Her real estate career includes executive office suite leasing, property management, lease administration, facilities management, and corporate services.

In addition, Ms. McReynolds began her professional career with AT&T, as a business sales and service representative, and post-divestiture she was promoted to a Vice President in the Intelliserve Operations division, where she administered multiple shared tenant services operations nationwide. 

Ms. McReynolds was an attendee on a U.S. State Department helping hands tour to Hong Kong and Singapore and is a Toastmasters International past area governor.  She has received awards for Outstanding Corporate Services Professional for 1999 with Cushman & Wakefield, the annual Horatio Alger Success award at HQ Executive Suites, the Vice President Award for top sales at AT&T and Toastmaster of the year in the Southern California region.  Ms. McReynolds is a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson, a CoreNet MCR designee, a Toastmasters International Past Governor and a member of Corporate Real Estate Women (CREW).
