Lease Analyst

Eric Sossin is currently a Lease Analyst with Gravitas Real Estate Resources, Inc. Mr. Sossin provides the following services for various clients:

• Preserves communications with clients regarding the services performed under the master service agreement.
• Provides monthly reports to clients, which shall contain pertinent, timely information regarding clients’ obligations under the lease and sublease and in connection with any of the properties owned by clients.
• Maintains and manages the integrity of lease management software.
• Reviews recurring and non-recurring invoices against the lease and sublease documents and approves all allowable operating expense statements.
• Provides clients with monthly ad-hoc reporting packages, containing relevant lease and financial information.
• Reviews the annual operating expense reconciliations received from landlord or its agent.
• Processes and follows up on subtenant receivables.
• Special projects as assigned

Mr. Sossin comes to Gravitas from Zenith Marketing Group with a background in the insurance industry where he conducted comprehensive life insurance policy reviews as well as extensive functions of internal sales. He is well versed at comprehending contract and contract language and brings a steady track record of productivity to Gravitas.

Before Zenith Marketing Group, Mr. Sossin had over a year's experience in cash balance reporting, A/R processing, and OCR/document control while working for Advanced Medical Practice Management as a Special Projects Manager.

In 2006, Mr. Sossin graduated with Honors from Rutgers University - School of Business, with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance. While on campus he held many leadership roles as well as membership in the Gamma Sigma Alpha Greek Honor Society.
