Kelly Fitzgerald
Lease Administrator
Kelly Fitzgerald is currently a Lease Administrator for Gravitas Real Estate Resources, Inc. Her duties include:
- Answering phones and redirecting them to the appropriate contact;
- Organization of files relating to various clients;
- Document preparation and scanning;
- Sorting various correspondence that arrives in the office;
- Preparing an assortment of real estate documents for abstraction by using optical character recognition and book-marking;
- Special projects as assigned
Prior to joining Gravitas, Ms. Fitzgerald worked as an English teacher at Can Tho University, Vietnam. She aided students with pronunciation, conversational skills and provided guidance with thesis papers. Ms. Fitzgerald’s background includes administration duties for Mountain Development Corporation, a commercial real estate firm with significant retail and mall holdings.
Ms. Fitzgerald is also fluent in Italian. She’s ESL Certified through Oxford Seminars at St. John’s University and Certified in CPR and life saving techniques through American Red Cross.
Ms. Fitzgerald graduated from SUNY Albany, Albany, NY with a Bachelor of Arts in History.
