George "Mac" McReynolds

Mr. McReynolds is a licensed engineer with extensive corporate, institutional and governmental real estate and construction / development experience with recent positions in the project management, facilities management, and property administration arenas.  For Trammell Crow/CB Richard Ellis, Mr. McReynolds was responsible for the successful operations of approximately   $10.5M project management activities in the Gulf Coast region of Florida including due diligence, contract administration, professional services and construction management and close our within established budget and schedule.  Additionally, Mr. McReynolds was responsible for field management of the signage conversion project for Wachovia Bank’s acquisition of 427 sites in the state of FL and 386 sites in TX, AL, MN and TN including vendor management and all aspects of branding including acquisition of site plans and deeds, landlord approval and governmental permit approval.  Mac was also responsible for review of various contract documents, pricing quotes and invoice submission and their compliance with client approved branding, including relationship management between Wachovia Portfolio Managers, Trammell Crow and various signage vendors.

As Facilities Operations manager for TrailBlazer Health Enterprises, Mr. McReynolds was responsible for management of 291,000 s.f. leased and 41,000 s.f. owned facilities (332,000 total with 1,700 employees) including all aspects of vendor management, landlord / tenant relations, compliance with lease provisions, code compliance, security, space planning, employee adds / moves / changes, tenant improvements and owned facility remodel, building maintenance for annual facilities expense of approximately $1,500,000 not including significant capital projects.  He was also responsible for the management of purchasing activities involving vendor relations, bidding and negotiations, policy compliance and achievement of corporate goals including use of qualified vendors with annual purchases of $7,300,000 and was the manager of vendor relations including travel vendors for annual travel expense of approximately $1,250,000, office equipment and supplies and food service.

Mr. McReynolds prior positions include Account Director for Cushman & Wakefield where he was responsible for managing multiple corporate accounts, Regional Facilities Manager for Frontier Communications, and Civil Engineering Technician for the State of Arizona Department of Transportation.

Mr. McReynolds is a licensed Engineer with proficiency in Civil Engineering, a private pilot and a graduate of Eastern Arizona College.  He is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, International Conference of Building Officials (I. C. B. O.), and the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA).
