Lease Audit Coordinator

Marnell Joseph is currently a Lease Audit Coordinator with Gravitas Real Estate Resources, Inc. Ms. Joseph provide a variety of services for the Gravitas staff and clientele including, but not limited to:

• Desk and field audit preparation
• Generate monthly status reports
• Tracking cost reductions and recoveries
• Reviews leases and sublease documents for terms, audit clause and notices
• Provide analytical and administrative support for Gravitas' commercial office and retail clients
• Special Projects as assigned

Ms. Joseph began her career in commercial real estate as a Lease Coordinator for Chelsea Property Group, where she generated lease abstracts, coordinated bi-monthly meetings for Executives, reconciled the real estate database, and produced monthly rent reports for various corporate-retail tenants. Ms. Joseph also has experience in the legal field working for various law firms.  As a Legal Assistant, Marnell demonstrated the abilities to develop and compile jury instructions and to prepare and process legal documents for real estate closings.

Ms. Joseph software skills include CLASS (Commercial Real Estate Software), HUD (Real Estate Settlement Software), SPSS, DreamWeaver, and Timberline.  She speaks fluent French and Creole with a basic understanding of Spanish.

Ms. Joseph holds a B.A. from William Paterson University where she majored in English Literature and Sociology and nominated Kappa Delta Pi-Zeta Alpha Chapter for academic honors.
