Susan Stabile
Manager of Quality Control

Ms. Stabile is currently the Manager of Quality Control for Gravitas. Sue provides the following services for various clients:

• Performs lease abstract quality control.
• Oversees abstraction projects.
• Management of tracking report and client updates.
• Prepares database shells for new lease abstractions.

Ms. Stabile’s most recent projects include Emory University, The Rose Group, Amerisource Bergen, Crunch and Scholastic.

Ms. Stabile has 12 years of management experience of an independent enterprise for the auto
maintenance industry. She was in charge of customer satisfaction and overall quality control of the products and services provided. She also directed and supported a team of 20 employees. She was responsible for the business Profit & Loss with $2 million in annual revenue.

Ms. Stabile has experience in all aspects of the abstraction process, including electronic document management, abstraction, data entry using various real estate databases and data verification. Prior to Gravitas, Ms. Stabile served for 2 years as a Lease Analyst for Exactus Portfolio Management Advisors, Inc. She has been with Gravitas Real Estate Resources, Inc., since its establishment in 2007.

Ms. Stabile’s lease administration systems experience includes Manhattan Centerstone, Harborflex, AMT, Big E-Real Estate, Tririga and ProLease.

Ms. Stabile graduated from Ramapo College with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
