Sukari Fuller-Bey is currently the Office Manager for Gravitas Real Estate Resources Inc. Ms. Fuller-Bey provides the following support to the Gravitas staff and for various clients:

• Supports the CEO & President with day-to-day operations.
• Provides assistance to staff for a variety of technical and administrative requests.
• Creates and/or redesigns marketing material and slideshow presentations.
• Reviews and combines supporting documentation for the response to Requests for Proposals.
• Coordinates dates and travel arrangements for field audits and onsite assignments.
• Processes accounts receivable, customer invoices, and accounts payable.
• Organizes meetings and prepares agendas
• Oversees the transfer of electronic and hard copy documents to appropriate servers and databases.
• Scans and indexes legal documents such as leases & amendments in preparation for abstraction and uploading to client database.
• Maintains company policy and procedure manuals
• Provides IT support for SFTP access to server, local server, Microsoft Programs and a variety of other applications

Ms. Fuller-Bey audited and recovered funds from percentage rent exclusions on behalf of a well-known retail store. She was also the Project Manager for the document collection, preparation and abstraction portion of a new database implementation for the same retail company. Ms. Fuller-Bey was instrumental in clause clean up and data entry for the real estate department of an internationally known advertising firm. Prior to joining Gravitas, Ms. Fuller-Bey was a Realtor in the State of Pennsylvania. She was responsible for legal document preparation while observing real estate laws and maintaining highest professional ethics and integrity. Ms. Fuller-Bey received repeated regional recognition and commendations for Buyer Controlled Sales by Volume and Multi-Million Dollar Sales.

Sukari Fuller-Bey graduated in 2002 from the Pocono Real Estate Academy. She has an Executive Secretarial Associates Degree from Churchman Business School.
